1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Apperator OÜ, registration number 14994122, Estonia (the “Operator”) on the one hand and the user of:
- the website https://moneykeeper.com
- the MoneyKeeper mobile app on iOS
- the MoneyKeeper mobile app on Android
hereinafter the “Applications”.
https://moneykeeper.com is not a mass media outlet.
By using https://moneykeeper.com and/or the Applications you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Applications.
2. Rights and obligations of the parties
The User may:
- search for information on the site
- receive information on the site
- create information on the site
- distribute information on the site from other sources
- comment on and review publications
- copy information to other sites only with attribution and with the Administration’s permission
- use information from the site for personal non-commercial purposes
- delete their account as described in the Privacy Policy
The Administration may:
- create, change or cancel rules at its discretion
- restrict access to any information on the site
- create, change or delete information on the site at its discretion
- delete user accounts without giving a reason
- refuse registration without giving a reason
The User undertakes to:
- provide accurate information
- keep personal data safe from third-party access
- update Personal data provided at registration if it changes
- when copying information from other sources, include information about the author
- not distribute information that promotes war, incites national, racial or religious hatred or hostility, or any other information whose distribution is a criminal or administrative offence
- not disrupt the site
- not act to mislead other Users
- not share their account and/or login and password with third parties
- not register an account in another person’s name except where permitted by the law of the Russian Federation
- not use scripts (programs) to collect information automatically and/or to interact with the Site and its Services
The Administration undertakes to:
- keep the site operational
- protect the User’s account
- protect information whose distribution is restricted or prohibited by law, by warning the user or by deleting the account of a user who has broken the rules
3. Liability
- the user is fully responsible for information they distribute
- the administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
- the administration is not responsible if the services the User expected differ from those actually received
- the administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties
- in a force majeure situation (hostilities, a state of emergency, a natural disaster, etc.) the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User or uninterrupted operation of the resource
4. Term of the Agreement
This Agreement takes effect upon any use of this site.
This Agreement ceases to apply when a new version is published.
The Administration may change this Agreement unilaterally at its discretion.
The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
